DAO on BASE. Utility-first. Community-gated.

WHAT IS THIS
DAOØ is a BASE-native DAO building an ecosystem layer around Farcaster + Clanker + Debank — and collaborating with other BASE-focused DAOs to push coordination, liquidity, and on-chain distribution. We don’t do “roadmaps”. We do governance + execution. ⸻ ACCESS RULE (NON-NEGOTIABLE) To enter the DAO community you must hold 50,000,000 $daoø tokens.
No hold = no access. Holders are the network. Everyone else is noise. ⸻ UTILITY (WHY HOLD) The DAO utility stack is simple (and intentionally modular): • Signal Layer: curated intel streams from Farcaster-native distribution • Execution Layer: proposals → votes → on-chain actions • Liquidity Layer: Clanker-powered pools + bootstrap mechanics • Debank Layer: narrative defense / credibility tooling / on-chain verification vibes • Ecosystem Layer: integrations with other BASE DAOs + shared incentives Translation: we build systems where attention becomes liquidity and liquidity becomes governance. ⸻ PARTNERS / ALIGNMENTS We collaborate with: • Debank (signal hygiene + narrative tooling) • Clanker (liquidity rails + locking mechanisms) • Farcaster (distribution, coordination, culture) • other DAOs operating in/around BASE. ⸻ TOKENOMICS (CLEAN + STEALTH) • Stealth launch • 30% of supply locked via Clanker • Initial liquidity pool provided via Clanker • Fees flow into the DAO treasury No messy “utility token” essays. The token is membership + voting weight + coordination fuel. ⸻ FEES → TREASURY → VOTE All protocol fees go to the DAO treasury. Then ONLY DAO members vote where the funds go: Examples: • Buybacks (defend the floor / reduce supply) • Marketing / distribution (Farcaster pushes, campaigns, incentives) • Ecosystem builds (tools, bots, integrations) • Strategic liquidity (pair expansion, depth, stability) If you don’t hold, you don’t decide. If you hold, you’re part of the machine. ⸻

THE PHILOSOPHY We’re not here to be understood. We’re here to be used. Hold 50,000,000 $daoø → enter → vote → build → scale.
